Wholesale inquiries: With a current business license and resale permit, businesses may purchase copies at the wholesale rate of $2.99 per issue, plus $1.00 for postage on the first copy, plus $0.50 postage each additional copy. Currently we are not handling net terms or returns.

Libraries and other institutions: the wholesale rate (plus postage) would apply when purchasing three (3) or more copies, but sales tax to Washington locations would also be due.
